Ralph Larrañaga
CEO & Founder
A third-generation Santa Fe native, Ralph Larrañaga brings more than 18 years of experience in luxury custom home building, interior design, and residential development. As CEO & Founder of Jesse Andrew Construction, Ralph is passionate about creating thoughtfully designed homes that combine exceptional craftsmanship with timeless design. His attention to detail and commitment to quality have helped establish the company as a trusted name in luxury residential construction throughout Northern New Mexico.
Beyond his professional work, Ralph has dedicated countless hours to serving the Santa Fe community. He has served as President and board member of Open Hands, a nonprofit organization supporting local seniors, as Treasurer and board member of the historic Santa Fe Playhouse, and currently serves on the board of the Northern New Mexico Horsemen's Association.
Ralph is a devoted husband, father of two sons, and proud grandfather. He and his husband, Alan, have been active members of St. Bede's Church for many years. Outside of work, he enjoys horseback riding, skiing, hiking, fishing, hunting, painting, traveling, and spending quality time with family.
Alan Larrañaga
CEO & Co Founder
Originally from Colorado, Alan Larrañaga has proudly called Santa Fe home for more than a decade. As Co-Founder of Jesse Andrew Construction, Alan is dedicated to providing an exceptional client experience built on trust, communication, and personalized service. He works closely with clients throughout the building process, helping ensure every project reflects their vision while making the experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
Alan earned a degree in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Colorado, skills that continue to shape his thoughtful, client-focused approach. His ability to build lasting relationships, communicate clearly, and understand each client's unique goals makes him an invaluable part of every project. Together with Ralph, he has helped build Jesse Andrew Construction on a foundation of integrity, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
Outside the office, Alan is a devoted father of two sons and proud grandfather to four grandkids. He enjoys hiking, skiing, traveling, and taking advantage of everything Northern New Mexico has to offer while spending as much time as possible with family and friends.
Gloria Romero
Project Manager
A Santa Fe native, Gloria Romero brings extensive experience in operations, project management, and executive leadership to Jesse Andrew Construction. As Project Manager, she oversees project development and daily operations, ensuring every project moves forward efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality, organization, and client service. Her leadership and attention to detail help create a smooth experience for both clients and project teams.
Gloria began her career as the Administrative Director of an international design firm before transitioning into the luxury automotive industry. She later served as Vice President of Operations for a North American manufacturer and distributor of custom Mercedes-Benz vehicles, working closely with both American and European business partners while managing complex operations and large-scale projects.
Known for her professionalism, organization, and commitment to excellence, Gloria plays an essential role in the continued success of Jesse Andrew Construction. Outside of work, she enjoys supporting local nonprofit organizations, giving back to the community, and spending as much time as possible with her family and friends.
